Dinamitzem un taller sobre salut sexual i reproductiva a Sant Pere Pescador

En el marc del programa Habiba, Dones i Salut Comunitària de l’Alt Empordà, l’Àrea de Benestar del Consell Comarcal juntament amb l’Associació Amunt i Crits, dones referents comunitàries van organitzar, el passat 9 d’octubre, un taller sobre salut sexual i reproductiva a Sant Pere Pesador adreçat a dones d’origen migrat.

La dinamització de les sessions amb dones d’origen migrat i professionals sanitaris de l’ABS de l’Escala per part de l’associació ha permès generar un diagnòstic compartit on es recull de forma precisa necessitats i oportunitat detectades en l’àmbit de salut. L’objectiu principal del taller ha estat donar a conèixer els recursos que les dones tenen al seu abast en l’àmbit de la salut sexual i reproductiva ja que s’ha detectat com una necessitat compartida en el diagnòstic.

El taller s’ha realitzat de forma col·laborativa a partir de l’interès de les dones d’origen migrat i el coneixement de la professional referent del Servei d’Atenció a la Salut Sexual i Reproductiva (ASSIR) de l’ABS de l’Escala. El taller ha estat dinamitzat per l’Associació Amunt i Crits, amb el suport de l’Equip d’Inclusió i Atenció a la Comunitat.

Un cop finalitzat el taller, totes les dones participants van compartir menjar i es va gaudir de música de diferents països.

Aquest taller ha estat un dels principals resultats del programa Habiba que té per objectiu promoure l’equitat en l’exercici del dret a la salut i l’accés al sistema de salut de les dones d’origen migrat. Compta amb el finançat de la Convocatòria Intercultural i Acció Social 2020 de la Fundació La Caixa.
